17th century oak coffer
A good quality oak panelled coffer. Three inset panelled top, original lock and hinges. The front has three incised carved panels with punch-decorated diamonds, below a single drawer. An unusual and interesting feature: This oak coffer was possibly made in the West Country. c. 1630 to 1680
