Pair of 17th century carvings
A fine pair of late 16th early 17th century carved oak panels, carved in the Renaissance design. Each having an architectural style and each housed in later frames.The panels each depicting half naked mythical beast next to a beautifully carved classical urn with grape vines. Above is an arch with entwined vines and two cherubs heads with wings in the corners.
