William & Mary period kingwood escritoire
A superb William & Mary period Kingwood oyster veenered and Rosewood fall front escritoire, in the manner of the London cabinetmaker Thomas Pistor of Ludgate Hill. With bolection moulded drawer above a fall front with geometrically inlaid roundels and corner spandrels. Fully fitted interior of rosewood veneers and secret drawers. Later brass handles and bun feet.
