18th Century Mahogany Bookcase
Circa 1800
A large well proportioned George III period mahogany breakfronted library bookcase.
The upper section carries simple astragal glazed doors. The centre of the lower section encloses three trays or shelves which are flanked by three graduated drawers on each side with brass swan neck handles.
The whole is supported on a plinth base. The piece comes in five sections.
