18th century satinwood demi-lune card table
Circa 1775
A fine quality satinwood veneered demi-lune fold over card table. Having a double gate action.
The top is cross-banded with double satinwood bandings, a broad banding of rosewood and having amboyna panels in the central part of the top and around the frieze, all beautifully faded to a honey colour. The whole is strung throughout with ebony and boxwood.
Raised on four square tapering legs on spade feet.

Good condition with slight signs of ware as one would expect as this was used as a domestic piece of furniture.
