Early 19th century regency period stool

Early 19th century regency period stool
Circa 1830
Very stylish 19th century rectangular stool raised on four shaped carved legs in solid amboyna and upholstered in navy blue horse hair. The whole is in the manner of the great Regency designer Thomas Hope. This stool would make an excellent hearth stool due to it's size.
