18th century mahogany plate Bucket

18th century mahogany plate Bucket
Circa 1790
A George III brass-bound mahogany plate bucket with vertically pierced slatted octagonal sides, two brass bands and a swing handle. The interior is fitted with a leather liner which seems to have been added quite some time ago. This has turned the plate bucket into a smart waste paper bin. The leather can be removed and turned back to a plate bucket it required.

Condition
Small old repair on bottom brass band and scarring on the cross hatching of leather.
