Circa 1920
This little cabinet was made by Geoffrey Alexander MacMillan, he was a master engineer and scientist. He went to America as part of the British team working on the building of the atomic bomb in the 1940's, known as The 'Manhatten Project'.
He was appointed Secretary and director of the Furniture Research Association.

This cabinet is believed to have been made for the The British Empire Wembley Exhibition 1924.

Two door cabinet, principal woods used are cherry, teak and walnut, having carved pearwood end panels and veneered doors
